Can I try the rings on in person?

We are based in Kardinya, Western Australia. Customers are welcome to arrange a time for a private viewing and purchase on the spot with either EFTPOS or cash.

I’m deciding between two sizes. What would you recommend?

Go with the smaller size and don’t forget we will do one free exchange.

Can you make customised rings?

At this stage we can’t design customised rings for couples. As the saying goes, never say never!

Do you do combo packages?

We sure do! Have a browse of the shop for the package options.

Do you exchange if the ring size is wrong?

Yes, we will arrange one free exchange, no questions asked. Simply message us and post the ring back. We will post back the alternative size once the ring is in our hot little hands.  

My ring hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Get in contact! We pride ourselves on the highest level of customer service, but we also know sometimes parcels can go MIA. Shout out to us and we will help out.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we are keeping our customer base within Australia but hopefully we can expand in the future.

I am a potential stockist. Do you offer wholesale options?
