Refund policy

90 day replacement policy: 

Silicone rings naturally experience wear and tear. if your rings shows wear and tear with in 90 day of purchase we will replace it. TUFF Rings will ask for photos or return of the rings for observation and company learning before replacement is approved.

TUFF Rings cant replace rings that have been cut by a sharp object these cuts can be identified by the break in the silicone.

TUFF Rings covers replacement not refund.

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Free size exchange when returned with in 30 days of delivery.

Damaged rings from misuse will not be refunded and are not the responsibility of TUFF Rings.

Rings being sent back to the customer from a size exchange will be sent free of charge without tracking.

TUFF Rings will ask for photos or the ring to be retuned before any decision is made.
