Shipping policy

We ship all over Australia.

• Allow up to 12 business days (standard post) for your TUFF Ring to arrive
• If you have not received your tracking number, please check your junk mail folder.
• All orders placed prior to 3pm are packed and posted the following business day.
• Rings being returned for size exchange will be sent free of charge without tracking.

If you wish to send a TUFF Ring overseas as a gift please email us as shipping costs will differ.
