Each TUFF Ring (silicone ring) is made from 100% medical or food grade silicone rubber. The rings are soft, flexible, nontoxic, antibacterial and waterproof.
These rings are so TUFF they have been shown to withstand up to 20 kgs of pressure.
People wear silicone rings for a whole bunch of reasons: including comfort and safety in sports and at work, and reducing the chance of their expensive rings getting stolen or damaged.

We will happily change the ring if the size is incorrect although shipping will be at your own cost (please ensure you have checked the sizing information section carefully).
Damaged rings from misuse will not be refunded and are not the responsibility of TUFF rings.
Standard delivery takes 8 - 12 business days.
Express post takes 1 - 4 business days.
Tracking numbers will be sent within 2 days. Check junk mail if this hasn't been received.
Size exchanges will be returned to customers via standard post and not tracked.
Deliveries are via Australia Post and times vary depending on location or Public Holidays. TUFF is WA based and local pick up can be arranged.
I bought one from a different company that lasted less than a year. And I’m an office worker. So I wasn’t hard on it. This ring is a whole different kettle of fish. Thicker, more robust. I can see it lasting much, much longer. Without feeling like a chunk on my finger.

Comfy, Great Alternative
I bought my TUFF ring as an alternative to wearing my wedding band on site after getting married in May. The ordering and receiving process was easy, and I'm happy with the result. It's comfy and gives me peace of mind when completing works on site. The carry bag is a great addition, and can just be clipped to my keyring as a reminder to swap before and after work! Love it, thanks guys!

Hi Mandi, We are disappointed to hear this, without knowing this we were unable to help. On investigation through the Aust post tracking number that was sent to you we have found the following; Australia post says your ring is due in the next 2 days, Their service is slow and running late and this is noted on the tracking advice. once the order is with Australia post it is out of our hands, without being informed it hadnt arrived yet we are unable to be of help to resolve the issue. Please follow the tracking advice per your tracking email and contact Aust post if it doesnt come in the next few days as they state. Further to this, be in contact with us directly if they are unable to deliver the item.
